INFORMATION
It is common to have test anxiety because tests count towards whether or not you pass a class or course, or advance in your profession. It is stated in many studies that a certain degree of test anxiety is good: it will sharpen your senses and make you more alert during a test. In fact, those people who do not have any anxiety tend to do worse. The problem is, having too much anxiety or worrying too much can harm your test score. As your anxiety rises, your memory may start to fail, causing you to forget all the things you learned.
Anxiety is not the only thing that can hurt your test scores; other emotions can have a negative effect as well. Feeling angry, depressed, or having a lack of confidence can also cause you to forget all of those things you knew like the back of your hand. This is why it is important to prepare emotionally as well as mentally for your tests, as this will help lower your test anxiety. In fact, preparing emotionally is about the only way you can prepare for standardized tests.

Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards are accepted for payment
Cancellation Policy
If you do not call/show up for your scheduled coaching appointment and have not notified Jody at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session
