Your Psychotherapist
As a psychotherapist I treat individual adults, couples, and adolescents for issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic illness and grief, ADHD (both adult and youth), addiction/co-addiction and life transitions. I also have specialized experience working with cancer patients and their families. My professional orientation is rooted in positive psychology, weaving in systemic, developmental and psychodynamic perspectives.
I hold an M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
